Free to print, copy and put up anywhere. No permission needed. Workplaces, sports clubs, pubs, churches, mosques, temples, community centres, care homes, GP waiting rooms, school staff rooms, the back of the toilet door. Anywhere someone might read it before they need it.
A4 poster
The warning signs and the four things to do. Big red, readable from across a room.
Fridge card (A6, 4 per sheet)
Prints 4 cards to an A4 sheet. Cut them out. Fridge, notice board, glove box, wallet.
CPR poster
What to do if someone collapses. Good next to a defibrillator or in a first aid room.
Angina action plan
The GTN spray rules, for anyone with an angina diagnosis. Stick it inside the kitchen cupboard door.
Printing tips
- Set the printer to "actual size" or 100%, not "fit to page".
- Colour is better, but they work in black and white.
- Laminate anything going in a kitchen, gym or outdoors.
- Print shops will usually run an A3 enlargement of the A4 poster for a couple of pounds.
Sharing online
Link to chestpain.org.uk. The whole site works on a phone and can be saved to the home screen so it works without signal. The easy read version and the translated pages are worth sharing with people who'd find them easier.
